My West Elm Picks

Happy Monday, everyone! If you read my blog, you know that I am a huge fan of West Elm. I used to browse the site and store and never purchase anything because everything is so expensive, but Chris and I have started investing in pieces here and there for our home. As far as home stores go, I love how much of a selection West Elm has and how much they incorporate local items in their stores. I started adding things to my wish list and decided to just throw together a collection of my West Elm picks in case anyone else needed to do some home decor shopping.

OK so let’s start with the Souk Rug first. Yes, I have it. It’s amazing. If you have been looking for a plush area rug, this one is amazing. We purchased it when it was 20% off and just snagged a runner for a deal $50!) at this past weekend’s dock sale. It really ties the room together. As I take in all my other West Elm picks, I am definitely noticing a trend. Natural wood tones, brass, and ivory are definitely my go-tos right now. Last weekend we came thiiiis close to buying the leather recliner but just couldn’t cough up the $1200 (with tax) it would cost us on sale. It is so incredibly comfortable, though, and would really look great in our home office. I don’t need a coffee table and the TV stand is crazy expensive but I will definitely be going home with the chandelier, table runner, and curtain rod at some point in the not-so-distant future.
