Hocking Hills Weekend

{A beautiful waterfall along the Old Man’s Cave trail}

My sister and I teamed up for our wedding gift to our parents. We all spent a weekend in a Lazy Lanes cabin in Hocking Hills. It was so nice to relax away from home and to enjoy delicious home cooked meals with my family. We hiked at both Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave and managed to squeeze in time to relax in the hot tub and watch About Time (which was adorable, btw). Our cabin was large and clean and comfortably fit all six of us for two nights. We were lucky to have dry, beautiful weather, 50s-60s, which was perfect for hiking. Overall, I think it was a way better gift than any item I could have purchased and I hope to spend some time at Hocking Hills again soon.

On our last day we checked out and went hiking at Old Man’s Cave. It was a beautiful, sunny morning and warmer than Saturday. Old Man’s Cave was a more exciting trail than Ash Cave and made for some gorgeous photos

I really enjoyed the time I was able t spend with Chris and the rest of my family. It was a nice change to spend some time together outdoors as well as in the comfort of our cabin

It was much cooler on Saturday but we still enjoyed spending some time outside at Ash Cavehocking hills weekend
