Gift Guides for Him & Her

Happy Wednesday! It’s been a while since I had consistent blog posts and I am trying to get better. I have a few things I want to share so there will be a few more posts to come soon. As we are currently less than 3 weeks away from Christmas, I figured it was time to create my gift guides for him & her if you are still looking for gift ideas.

I am quite proud of myself for getting these up this year with time to spare for shipping. I am slowly accumulating gifts day by day but Chris and I are also making quite a few gifts this year so that’s nice. For those that I am purchasing, the convenience of Amazon cannot be beat but I am trying to put effort into purchasing gifts from local and small business (see my¬†Local Gift Guide). There are so many great places in Columbus especially and they may cost a little extra but I feel a lot better about those purchases than those from Nordstrom and Target.

For the guy and gal on your list, I wanted to share some items that I think will appeal to so many different types of people. I have to admit that I own quite a few of these items and can attest to their quality. Homage shirts are always so soft, the West Elm felt cacti are adorable, and the Polaroid Originals (formerly Impossible Project) instant cameras are so much fun!

I say it every year, but beyond buying things, there are so many other great things to get someone for Christmas. I believe in the gift of time so planning something fun to do together, such as taking a cooking class or pottery class, can create memories that are worth way more than a new pair of shoes. Experiences are also super awesome like tickets to a concert, membership to your local conservatory, or an overnight stay at a trendy hotel. Happy gifting!
