Spring Wish List // Current Picks

spring wish list

I’m still riding the high of the great weather we had this past weekend and week. I feel like a whole new person when the sun is out longer and the temperature is above 65. I feel like I’m truly awake. Spring isn’t my favorite season but I’m always so happy to see it when it arrives. Usually around this time I’m ready to skip ahead to summer but this year I have a trip planned for May, which is helping me slow down and enjoy the spring months. My spring wish list is screaming summer, though, and I just can’t help it.

I threw together my seasonal picks and it just so happened that they all fit the same color scheme. I definitely seem to have a peachy vibe going, which I think is definitely appropriate for warmer weather. A couple of my picks I’ve been after for a while, like the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder and Chuck Taylor Shoreline Sneakers. I’m a total sucker for indoor plants and cacti and this little guy from Stump may come home with me when I stop next. This rattan stand from Urban Outfitters is perfect for all the plants I’m accumulating and will keep them away from my curious cat.

A couple items that I wouldn’t say no to are this cute striped tee from Madewell (I can never have too many striped tops) and the Too Cool for School Face Mask. I especially love the convenience of sheet masks and love how travel-friendly they are (looking at you, Copenhagen). Unfortunately, this weekend won’t quite feel like the spring I am loving but I see low-80s in the 10 day forecast and I couldn’t be happier.
